The objective was to enhance the user experience of the parking for permit users.

Service Audit
This study focuses on understanding Humber's parking service. My focus was observing how permit users navigate the parking, and how effective the layout and signage is.
A service audit was conducted to understand the whole parking ecosystem. By observing the whole ecosystem, it can lead to a more efficient parking service at Humber.

ISSUES WITH AVRO APP
Finding #1:

Users are not understanding the Avro app

​Specially with onboarding and gate activation

120/200 calls are for the app, so security spend most of the day troubleshooting for the Avro App

A user expressed that they were confused about the exit location from Lot 1.

Additionally, the layout in Lot 8 does not allow smooth traffic flow.
